The Sibling Rivalries franchise (current run: July 8, 2013 - Present) is the second comic franchise in the T.J. Productions Comic Universe, following the Cletus Comics franchise. Although Cletus Comics is full of many comics and specials, Sibling Rivalries is still more diverse with its three prequels and its main series.
The first chronological comic of the series, set in Vancouver, British Colombia, Canada in Summer 2011, focuses on a boy named Jason Parker who wishes to become a professional football player. He is helped by new friend Drake Romero, as well as Gerald McReary and Joel Gonzales. However, his career could be in danger when he falls in love with a girl named Wendy Delgado and starts to lose focus in the sport he loves.
Six months after the events of Vancouver Stories, SRA returns to Vancouver in January 2012 and focuses on Salvador Real, a character previously featured in the main series. In 2012, Salvador has become pretty popular in the city, and he enjoys having parties with his best friends Eduardo Tena and Claude. However, when his ex-best friend Braulio Guillen, and new enemy Armando Vasquez attack one night, Salvador and his friends embark on a journey to defeat Braulio and Armando so that they will remain the popular kids in Vancouver.
In the last chronological prequel in the franchise, The Introduction briefly wraps up the events of Vancouver Stories and Salvador Real's Adventures while at the same time introducing the McReary family, and what the family was up to right before moving to Green Bay, Wisconsin in the first comic of the main series. This prequel is very different compared to the other two in the sense that it is very terse and it is not a standalone adventure.
The main series began on July 8, 2013, and concluded on April 10, 2016. The series had a total of five seasons and 46 total comics. The series chronicled the life of the McReary siblings and their adventures in their new home, Green Bay, Wisconsin. They make several friends and altogether they enjoy hanging out. There is also their enemies, specifically Joel Gonzales, that they must outsmart.
The entire franchise spans a total of 26 years, from its earliest point (2007, the setting of the opening scene of "Yearning to be Young") to its latest point (2033, the setting of the epilogue of the same comic). Though the main events of the series are set starting from 2011 and is currently in the year 2016.
