Packie in GTA IV
Patrick "Packie" McReary is a good friend of Niko Bellic. He is The GTA Nerd's second favorite character. He is 29, being the youngest of his brothers. His family is Irish. Packie is addicted to drugs, as seen and mentioned a few times in the game.
After GTA IV
In the credits of The Ballad of Gay Tony, Packie is seen leaving Liberty City. It is finally revealed that he moved to Los Santos in Grand Theft Auto V. Packie is first seen about to be arrested. You can either help him get away by getting a vehicle, or you can help the COP by killing Packie. If you save Packie, he will be able to help you on heists.
