Officer Fred Miller is a supporting character in Sibling Rivalries. He is a police officer of the GBPD (Green Bay Police Department). He is the partner of Charlie Macias.
When Joel Gonzales, James Johnson, Marco, and Trevor caused trouble at Tommy's Café, Charlie and Fred responded to the scene of the crime. The officers arrested the four deliquents and drove them to the Portage County Juvenile Detention facility near Green Bay.
The officers (along with Joel's parents) thanked Patrick "Packie" McReary and his friends for capturing the troublemakers. Although Packie is unsure how the cops knew that there was trouble at the café, Joel's little brother Jose Gonzales says that he was the one that called the police.
Fred does not talk much; he only has one line in his debut comic ("I'm on it"). However, since DR4L has said Fred and Charlie will be recurring characters in the series and will definetly appear in more comics, Fred will have more lines soon.

- He shares the same name with one of the people that worked on SpongeBob SquarePants, although this was unintentional.
