Mutated Penguins

The Mutated Penguins used to be regular colored penguins until Dimitri Rascalov sliced their heads off and put them on wierd, un-penguin like bodies. They continued their lives from then on but it was much much harder.

The Penguin's names are in the following order: Highest Authority to Lowest Authority.
