Dillon O'Neill is the oldest son of Ethan and Chloe O'Neill.
He is a football fanatic, just like his younger cousin Gerald "Gerry" McReary.
Dillon currently resides with his family (as well as his uncle Cameron O'Neill) in Appleton, Wisconsin.

- Dillon was first indirectly mentioned in Season 1 comic "Frightful Football Reunions", where Gerry tells Joel of his cousin who was hit on the head with a football. This was way before Maureen's extended family were even created as characters, and it had to have been Dillon that Gerry mentioned since he is the only cousin of the McReary siblings that would like football.
- He and Patrick "Packie" McReary (the main protagonist of the series) are one month apart, although Dillon's personality is more similar to that of Gerry.
