Claude Wome is a character mentioned in the LCPD Database in Grand Theft Auto IV. He is unseen, like many of the other criminals listed in the database.
Biography[]
Claude Wome, born in 1966 in an unknown African country, is a warlord who arrived in Liberty City in order to purchase weapons, prostitutes, and Perseus suits. In 2000, a 34-year old Claude was arrested for 'clean diamond act violation'. By this time, he began dealing with diamond dealers, Isaac Roth and Mori Green from the Jewish Mob.
He was arrested again in 2002 for possessing a gold-plated Rocket Launcher. According to the LCPD, Wome once hired out every hotel room in Opium Nights so he could walk to breakfast nude. Claude is also wanted by the Civilization Committee for crimes against humanity.
