The station is a modern building with three fire engine bays. It features a mechanic's garage at the rear of the building and a fire pole which enables fire crews to quickly get to the engine bays from the top floor. An inbuilt practice tower stands at the rear of the building which is used by the firemen for training purposes. A total of four fire engines are housed in the engine bays along with associated equipment and a service vehicle.
The design and layout of the Davis Fire Station so appealed to senior Bullworth Fire Department officials that they decided to rebuild their central station as an exact replica. This was done with the approval of the Los Santos Fire Department and was intended as a gesture of admiration via imitation. The existing brick building was demolished to make way for the new building in order to create a modern fire station able to properly meet the needs of the department.
