Angel Chacon is a supporting protagonist in Sibling Rivalries, and a minor character in Cletus Comics.
He is one of Packie's friends. In his first appearance, Angel is a grumpy football player who is angry when Packie does not play right. When he wins the game, Packie accepts Angel as his new best friend.

- His trademark clothes is his football uniform. Like Francis, Angel's hair style is unknown. It is hidden in his helment.
- What's unusual is that in his first appearance, Angel is grumpy and hates Packie, then after that, he is very positive as if he never hated Packie.
- Although Angel was introduced before Salvador Real, he is absent in much more comics than him.
